1. Solutions Nature
HubUnicon provides customized software development, website development, application development, APIs, automation, and related IT services. Due to the personalized and resource-intensive nature of our services, cancellations and refunds are subject to the conditions stated herein.
2. Project Cancellation by Client
Clients may request cancellation of a project by submitting a written request via email.
- If cancellation is requested before work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative, consultation, and processing fees.
- If cancellation is requested after the project has started, no refund will be provided for work already completed or in progress.
3. Milestone-Based Payments
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Any advance or milestone payment covers time, resources, planning, and development efforts already allocated to the project.
4. No Refund Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Delay or failure caused by lack of client communication, content, approvals, or third-party dependencies
- Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences when services are delivered as per agreed scope
- Delays or issues arising from third-party tools, APIs, hosting providers, or platforms
- Termination due to breach of Terms & Conditions or non-payment
5. Company-Initiated Cancellation
In the rare event that HubUnicon is unable to continue or complete a project due to internal reasons, a refund (if applicable) will be assessed on a pro-rata basis, depending on the work completed.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing timelines may vary based on banks, payment gateways, and international transaction regulations.
- HubUnicon is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Digital Solutions Disclaimer
As HubUnicon delivers digital and customized services, refunds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of the Company unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
